What’s the difference between 200H and 300H YTT?

What are the evening activities

Evening program are designed to support emotional and energetic healing.

We often include activities like cacao ceremonies, ecstatic dance, sound healing,  sharing circles, and kirtan. You ll experience one to two rotating activities in a week.

Yes, there is a rest period each afternoon and evening after dinner and one full day off per week usually Saturday, for integration and optional exploration.

Yes, trainings are delivered in English, but the teaching style is accessible and clear for non-native speakers. Many international students attend.

Is the course physically demanding

The training is immersive, but not extreme. You’ll build strength and resilience gradually. Self-care and listening to your body are encouraged.Earth Yoga village we do everything with great care and mindfulness.

Yoga is a practice of aligning body-mind-soul and it can only take place when they are in harmony.

What should I bring with me

Pack light, live simple. Essentials include:

• Comfortable yoga clothes (for all weather — Goa can get humid!)
 • Swimwear, flip-flops, and a towel for the beach
 • Natural toiletries (we’re eco-conscious)
 • A refillable water bottle and journal
 • Mosquito repellent and a headlamp or flashlight
 • Beach Sarong /Towel
We provide yoga mats, all props, bedding, and bath towels — no need to bring those.
