We also offer a space and opportunity for you to dive deeper into your journey of yoga with our different retreats.please check our retreat pages for the same .
We believe that yoga is much more than just physical practice. Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word yuj, which means union of the individual consciousness or soul with the Universal Consciousness or Spirit. In simple terms, yoga for us means unifying our body, mind and soul. Yoga is an over 5000 year ancient Indian philosophy that has recently gained popularity in the Western world.
In modern times we might be tempted to think of yoga only as a physical exercise where people twist, turn, stretch, and breathe in the most complex ways.
However, these are only the most superficial expressions of this profound science of unfolding the infinite potentials of the human mind and soul.
The science of yoga includes the complete essence of the way we live our life. It includes different paths such as jnana yoga or philosophy, the devotional bhakti yoga, karma yoga which is the yoga of action and raja yoga or path of mind control. The latter includes the practice of asanas, the physical expression of yoga.
Yoga should never be a competition with yourself or other, but a path to explore your inner self. Our classes are based on a therapeutic approach which will help you to move towards living the life you love and loving the life you live.
We offer every morning vinyasa or hatha flow at our beautiful open-air yoga shala.
