Hatha is the mother of all asana practices and with that the most important and fundamental philosophy. Hatha is a general category that may include most yoga styles known in the West. It is an ancient system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (yoga breathing exercises) which help to bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.& Vinyasa means movement with breath.its more in motion dynamically with incorporating basic vinyasa principals.Being a qualified Hatha  Vinyasa Yoga Teacher means you have a very broad skillset that allows you to teach many different Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative  Yoga classes. Your classes will be creative and varied, always aiming to bring peace of mind   to your students.


Our teacher training is a unique, profoundly transforming and personal experience that is based on the ancient Gurukula Teaching System which integrates the student's daily life into the yoga training. For twenty-six intense days of community living, students strengthen their own yoga practice through self-discipline and awareness of the nature of mind, body and spirit. They also build a firm foundation from which they are able to teach others confidently.


Our teacher training provides a fantastic opportunity to awaken or deepen your yoga practice, meet old and new friends and be a part of the global yoga community which is growing each day. The best part of all is learning that everything we need is already within us and how the practice can lead us into accessing our gifts and beauty from the inside out. The experience provides a great way to find happiness, peace and the ability to share the yogic philosophies with others.

Successful graduates of the course receive an internationally recognized certification by the Yoga Alliance for the 200 hours standard for Registered Yoga Schools (RYS).


The goal of this training programme is to produce qualified and inspiring yoga teachers who are able to draw on their own practice and personal discipline in imparting the yoga experience to others.


The course outline is based on the five points of yoga which can be understood as the practical application of the traditional four paths of yoga.




  • Comprehensive training programme covering all major aspects of yoga in both practice and theory

  • Creative sequencing for different styles of classes

  • Study of asana, meditation, pranayama, mantras and many more aspects and techniques of yoga

Course Outline

The course outline is based on the five points of yoga which is understood as the practical application of the traditional four paths of yoga.

Techniques Training & Practice
  • Bandhas – theory & practice: Jalandhara Bandha, Moola Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha, Maha Bandha

  • Pranayama – theory & everyday practical training: prana and pranic Body, abdominal/diaphragmatic breathing, thoracic breathing, yogic breathing, alternate nostril breathing, sheetali pranayama, sheetkari pranayama, bhramari pranayama, ujjayi pranayama, bhastrika pranayama, kapalbhati

  • Kriyas – theory & practice: benefits and contraindications, techniques and practical tips (Jala Neti, Sutra Neti, Shankhaprakshalana (Langhoo Shankhaprakshalana), Vaman Dauti (Kunjal Kriya), Kapalbhati, Trataka)

  • Mudras – theory & practice: Jnana Mudra, Chin Mudra, Yoni Mudra, Bhairava Mudra, Hridaya Mudra

  • Meditation: sitting in silence, dynamic dancing, walking in nature, 

  • Mantras and chanting

  • 4 paths of yoga (Raja, Jnana, Karma, Bhakti)

  • 5 points of yoga (exercise, breathing, relaxation, diet and gratitude & meditation)


Asana practice including:

  • Warm-up exercises and sun salutation

  • Asana theory (guided and analytical training every day)

  • Vinyasa flow

  • Hatha flow

  • Restorative

  • Sivananda

  • Yin 

  • Yoga for different target audiences (health, stress management, beginners, advanced )

  • How to move “in” and “out” of a posture

  • Target/essence/benefit of postures

  • Modifications for beginners and students with injuries (multi-level modifications)

  • Sequencing of vinyasa flow, hatha, sivananda & restorative  classes

  • Guided asana practice and analytical training focused on following groups of asanas: standing, forward bends, back bends, twists, balances, inversions, hip openers

  • Self-Practice under teacher’s supervision

  • Practical exam of asanas

  • Setting up your own yoga business (marketing strategies, business & ethics)

  • Introduction to major body systems, their meaning and functions

  • General movements, physical restrictions and body terminology

  • The effects of asanas and pranayama on the cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, skeletal, nervous, muscular and endocrine system

  • The way we move, key muscles of yoga, analysis of how the muscles work during asanas (theory and practice)

  • The systems of the body

  • Yoga and health (yoga and the physical body, diet and nutrition)

  • Written assignment on muscles in context of yoga practice and practical tests

Yoga Philosophy & History
  • The essence of yoga (history, definitions, styles, modern meaning)

  • 4 paths of yoga (Bhakti, Jnana, Karma, Raja)

  • 5 points of yoga (exercise, breathing, relaxation, diet, positive Thinking and meditation)

  • 3 gunas (Sattva, Rajas, Tamas)

  • Energy channels and chakra theory

A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. Basic knowledge of yoga postures and philosophy are essentials. A sincere desire to learn and open mind to the teachings of yoga is required. Self-discipline is required during the course as it is physically, mentally and spiritually demanding and also highly rewarding!


We encourage students to apply for the course when they are fully ready on a holistic level and committed to meeting the challenges of the course and accepting the joys with an open heart. These are important attributes that will add to your learning experience during the course and also to the learning experience of your fellow students

we recommend 1 year of practice before you join the course or take a 90 days online Mind & Emotions Retreat with us before joining the TTC  as a preparation.


This course will be taught in English, therefore it is recommended that you are proficient in the language.


To ensure the success of the programme, participants are required to attend all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures and asana classes.
